Grass Valley is a small town with a heart as big and rich as its history. Grass Valley’s past lays in the vast amounts of gold discovered at the turn of the century. In more than 100 years of mining, the mines of Grass Valley made it the richest of all California gold mining towns.
Today, Grass Valley is a wonderfully charming and inviting town that is rich in thriving stores, delicious restaurants, and a vast amount of things to do for visitors and locals alike.
Come and stay. Relax and play!
From theater to music to local wineries and much more, this quaint little town boasts some big offerings!
Our Center for the Arts stages big acts and grand productions – from the classics to rock to new age with a phenomenal sound system that rivals the large concert venues.
