We appreciate all of our guests and want you to enjoy your stay.
The lodging policies are designed to keep all of our guests happy, comfortable and safe. Thank you for following these guidelines.

CANCELLATIONS
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. In the unlikely event you must cancel your reservation with less than 72 hours notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand we must ask you to take responsibility of your entire reservation. 

A 60-day cancellation notice and payment in full is required on all bulk bookings (4 or more rooms) and 14 days for some holidays and special events.

OCCUPANCY 
Maximum guests per room is 2 adults or 4 adults in a two-bedroom suites. Roll-away bed available upon request for $40 per stay.  No charge for children under 12 using existing bedding or infant pack and play.

No smokingNO SMOKING anywhere on the property. No smoking or burning of anything is allowed in any of the guest rooms. A minimum of $250.00 cleaning charge will applied to the credit card on file if you permit smoking in the room.

DAMAGES 
We reserve the right to charge the card on file for any damages to the room or property of the Inn.

PARKING 
Parking availability is limited so please park in designated space for your room. Each guest accommodation has one space in front of their room.

PET POLICIES 
Guests traveling with pets must book our pet-friendly rooms. A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 plus damages will be charged if a pet is allowed in a non-designated pet friendly room. Please see our additional Pet Policies.

NOISE POLICY 
We ask that all guests respect the comfort of others by keeping TV volume to a minimum and talking levels reasonable. If the noise in your room or in the common areas causes discomfort to other guests, you will be asked to reduce the noise level. If you do not cooperate, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.

ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS

As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.

PET POLICIES

  • Small pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms.
  • Please call directly to book a pet friendly room. $35.00-$50.00 cleaning fee per reservation applies and a $250 refundable damage deposit is required.
  • We reserve the right to charge the card on file for any damages.
  • The pet must be kept on a leash at all times while on the grounds, and may never be left unattended.
  • Pets must use designated pet relief area. We have a grassy area conveniently located for potty-stops.
  • If your pet is not well behaved or disturbs other guests, we will try and resolve the issue but the Inn does hold the right to ask the owners to kennel their dogs or leave. No refunds will be offered.
  • Service animals permitted but must abide by the Pet Policies.
  • There is a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
  • California Law states that if your dog defecates on public or private property that the owner of the animal has to clean it up. For your convenience, Sierra Mountain Inn provides you with pet clean-up bags. Please deposit the used bags in the outdoor trash bin next to the pet waste bags.

We appreciate our canine companions. Included with your pet fee is a pet-blanket, pet cleanup bags, a pet-towel for cleaning off after outings (please don’t use the guest towels), and a treat. Ask us about other pet-friendly areas in town.
