My wife and I were visiting family, and decided to make Sierra Mountain Inn our choice for a motel. I will say my wife picked a good one for certain!!
Our room was clean and met our needs! The bed was comfy, the property was kept and quaint! Close to downtown shopping, wine tasting, antiques, and restaurants. Had we not been meeting friends we could have walked and been there in just minutes!
In the morning, we grabbed our coffee, and went out to the courtyard to sit under a giant redwood tree just outside our door. There are 2 tables with chairs to relax in before starting your day. If you like wine, there are 2 wine glasses and opener provided, so you can get right to enjoying your purchases from downtown!!!
A mini fridge, and microwave, along with 4 cup coffee maker were enough for my wife and I.
“If” I had any complaint it would be parking is a little tight. Having said that, everyone parked sensibly, and we had no real problem there. If you are the first one out in the morning, be prepared to back out into the street to leave. If you have a large car or truck, there is also street side parking available right in front of the Inn. All in all, we were very satisfied with the Inn, and would not hesitate to stay there every time we visit!!
